4 miles on the treadmill today, nice and slow @ 8:45/mile.

  1. Hey Rachael. I had a running question and you're the foremost authority on the matter so I thought I'd ask. I'm trying to get back into running again (1 month post baby) but have trouble running while nursing. It's mostly just the weight of my chest now really hurts while running so I've never really run until 6 months post baby. Do you wear a special bra or something or maybe it's not a problem for you.

    any comments you have will be appreciated. thanks!

  2. Adrienne, I actually wore two sports bras for a month or so. I'm a C when I'm nursing, so this might not help if you're larger than that, but it's what worked for me--it did go away by about two months. Good luck--I know your pain! :-)

  3. I think I may need to invest in a second one and see if that works. I go from size b/c to e when nursing and i've got to figure out how to get over this. thanks!
