9/22

Exhausted today--completely exhausted.  I've got to get more sleep.

I clocked the run, but we also had to stop 4 times for traffic, so I think it's actually slower than we were going--although I really was slow.  My thighs just felt like lead weights rather than actual muscles.  I'm looking forward to a rest day tomorrow and sleeping in.  It's funny because I always think, "Oh, the Wednesday run is so short!  I should add another couple of miles," and then I'm totally dragging by the third mile.  Which I guess means that my workouts the other two days are just strenuous enough...right?

STATS:  3 miles, somewhere under 30 miles with lots of traffic stops
