Week of 8/8

Monday: 9 miles with 10x100 strides/core
Tuesday: 5 m recovery/strength training
Wednesday: 10 miles general aerobic/core
Thurs: yoga/core
Friday: 16 miles with 10 @ MP (nailed it and came under by 3 seconds--boom!)
Sat: 5.1 recovery with core
