Didn't run Thursday because I was busy packing all day for a weekend trip. Didn't run Friday because we left for Chicago early in the morning; I did hike a bit with the kids plus walked around IKEA for an hour...on Saturday we walked about 4 miles downtown (I mapped it) and I was planning to run that night but ohmygosh my right knee hurt SO much! I had to wrap it in a heating pad (twice) before I could sleep. The next day my right quad was really aching--I think that my posture when I was nursing Nathan in the sling & walking all day--plus pushing 3 kids in a stroller--totally did something to my legs. Ouch ouch ouch--I was limping around.
Anyway, felt way better today so I ran 5 miles on the treadmill; 8:52/avg pace
