3 easy yesterday, now full taper mode for the next 2 days.
30 minutes of yoga today.
123 miles for March. My goal was to break 120, so I did that...we'll see what happens next month.

4.3 at easy pace. Didn't sleep well last night so it felt harder than it should have. Leg achy.

5 easy on the TM. Leg super achy last night--had to take Tylenol at 2 AM and wrap it up in a heating pad before I could finally get to sleep. Pretty worried.

3 easy. No time for more; ankle pretty achy yesterday but Neil rubbed the tendons and that helped a lot.
Forgot to note yoga on my SRD earlier this week.

5.3 with the jogging stroller; very slow uphill against the wind! I think Nathan and the stroller both gained a few pounds over the winter! But overall a good run. Walked half a mile when we got home, since Nate wanted to ramble around, and then yoga to finish since the right leg was a little stiff.

3/8
Very long, hot, miserable, and mentally fatiguing 11 on the treadmill. Blah blah blah. 10:34/mile and felt about 1000x slower than that. Legs were really tired from the speedwork the day before.

3/5
5 easy and yoga today. Pretty stiff after yesterday since it was the first time I've done hills since sfx, so I took the precaution of walking a few miles with my kids this morning to loosen up before I started running! (Super muddy; my two-year-old was in ankle-deep-mud heaven!) Yoga afterwards felt great--I sure needed it! Ran in my new Adrenalines today and remembered how much more cushy they are than the Ravennas. smile emoticon
Feeling really good about this week--lots of firsts in my recovery (first double-digit, first 30-mile week in months, etc.). 25 for the month; 30 for the week. Hoping to break 120 for the month.

3/1
Easy 5 today. Feeling a little tired; need to get to sleep earlier tonight than I have the last few nights. All the nights of Nathan waking up ten times a night (had 4 of those last week) took a toll and I've been dragging a bit.
